Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Modern Rugs Home products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or product nature:
- Food and drink gifts (including coffee machines)
- Electrical items (fans, irons, kitchen scales)

- Seasonal items (Easter product picks, seasonal decor)
- Opened adhesives, tapes, and paint products
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval
- Bank transfers: May take 10-14 business days to appear in your account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed, using your preferred shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
