Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and product nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Food and drink gifts (including coffee machines)
  • Electrical items (fans, irons, kitchen scales)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Seasonal items (Easter product picks, seasonal decor)
  • Opened adhesives, tapes, and paint products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging, include all accessories and documentation, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Bank transfers: May take 10-14 business days to appear in your account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed, using your preferred shipping method.
